I paid for Undelete for Windows, where is my download link?

Immediately upon successful payment, you should receive your download link via the web and e-mail.  If you do not receive proper notification, then you can go HERE to get your download.  You will need your e-mail address used during payment.

I did not receive an activation key to activate the software.

If you do not receive your activation key, then you can go HERE to get your activation key immediately.  You will need your e-mail address used during payment.

How do I install Undelete for Windows?

1. Click HERE to download Undelete for Windows.
2. Click RUN to begin the installation process.
3. The Registry Technician setup wizard will begin installation.
4. Read the license agreement and click I AGREE to continue installation.
5. Select the folder that you would like to install the software.
6. Click Finish.

How do I reinstall Undelete for Windows?

1. Click START then Control Panel.

2. Click the icon labeled Add/Remove Programs.
3. Locate Registry Technician and click Remove.
4. Click HERE to download Undelete for Windows.
5. Click RUN to begin the installation process.
6. The Registry Technician setup wizard will begin installation.
7. Read the license agreement and click I AGREE to continue installation.
8. Select the folder that you would like to install the software.
9. Click Finish.

I am unable to locate a missing file.  What should I do?

Use the filter option when scanning.  This will aide in limiting your results to a file name of your choosing.
